Description
The Hudson Havoc Tier 2 Main Camp is the organization’s premier selection event for players competing for roster spots at the Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels for the upcoming season. This camp is specifically designed to identify and finalize the Hudson Havoc Tier 2 roster, while also evaluating players for placement within the Steele County Blades Tier 3 affiliate.
Participants will compete in a high-tempo, professional environment that mirrors in-season expectations. The format is built around competitive gameplay and direct evaluation, with every session structured to assess performance, hockey IQ, compete level, and overall fit within the Havoc system.
This is not an introductory or identification camp. The Main Camp is where final decisions are made and rosters are constructed. Players are evaluated for immediate placement within the Havoc program or its affiliate pipeline, providing a direct path to advancement at the junior and collegiate levels.
The camp features a structured, game-focused format with 4 teams (72 total players), each rostered with 3 forward lines, 5 defensemen, and 2 goalies.
Game Format
- 75-minute slots
- 5-min warmup
- 2 x 25-min running clock periods
- 3-min rest between periods
- Penalties = 2-min stop-time power plays
